Introduction to the course ofstudyThe department specializes insetting up a healthy andcreative vegetarian culinaryprocess and catering serviceand management course twocourse, in order to achieve thedepartment to cultivate thevegetarian industry in theculinary arts and technicalpersonnel, as well as cateringservices technology andmanagement talent goals.
1. Health & amp; Creativity Vegetarian Cooking Course: This course aims to developstudents with healthyvegetarian planning skills, creative vegetarian design skills and vegetarian culinary skills. Graduates of this course canwork in the domestic vegetarianrestaurant, as well as in theGeneral restaurant and hotelindustry, Chinese kitchen, Western kitchen and dim sumkitchen.
2. Catering services andBusiness Managementprocess: This course aims tocultivate students with cateringservice professional ability, catering management abilityand interpersonalcommunication andcoordination ability. Students who graduate from school canattend vegetarian restaurants athome and abroad, as well asrestaurants in the generalcatering and hotel industries, and work in catering services and management.
