Fo Guang University Vegetarian Food Program Showcases Professional Excellence Once Again!
This semester, in the courses Pastry Making and Vegan Baking, 17 students successfully obtained the Class C Baking Technician Certification issued by the Ministry of Labor, thanks to intensive guidance and rigorous training. Their achievements have been widely recognized!
Pastry Making Course (Western-Style Cakes):
Led by dedicated instructors, students honed their skills in cake preparation and decoration. Eight students successfully passed the Class C certification in the cake category. Congratulations to:

Vegan Baking Course (Bread Category):
Focusing on 100% egg- and dairy-free baking, students practiced essential techniques such as kneading, fermentation, and shaping. Nine students passed the Class C certification in the bread category. Congratulations to:
